Covet Coffee began as a dream to create the premier coffee shop experience in SWFL. Years of experience in the local coffee industry and time spent competing in the Florida specialty coffee scene had led to this dream turn closer to reality. At Florida Gulf Coast University, Covet Coffee Company was created. Through Project Runway at the Daveler & Kauanui School of Entrepreneurship, we learned, designed, tested, and gained seed funding for our venture by pitching to local investors. Covet Coffee delivers a balance of mobility and high-level cafe experience at a convenience. With this, we can connect with our local community through a shared beverage, and bring the premier coffee shop experience to SWFL.
